Acceptance of Terms
By renting a vehicle from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals Miami (“BluStreet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BluStreet. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not rent a vehicle from us. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals Miami serves Miami, South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Coral Gables, and the greater South Florida area.
Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from BluStreet Miami, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 25 years of age with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- You must present a valid driver’s license issued in the United States or an international driver’s license accompanied by a valid passport.
- You must have a clean driving record with no major violations, DUI/DWI convictions, or suspended licenses within the past 5 years.
- You must carry your own full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. BluStreet does NOT provide insurance. Proof of coverage is required before vehicle pickup.
- You must provide a valid credit card in the renter’s name for the security deposit. Debit cards are not accepted for deposit purposes.
- You must sign a rental agreement before taking possession of any vehicle.
Booking and Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed by our Miami concierge team. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from BluStreet. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the originally reserved vehicle becomes unavailable. Pricing and Payment
Rental pricing varies based on the vehicle selected, rental duration, season, and any additional services requested. All prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include taxes, fees, tolls, fuel, or optional add-on services unless explicitly stated. Full payment is required prior to or at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards. Pricing is subject to change without notice, and quoted prices are valid only at the time of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit
A security deposit ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 is required for all rentals, depending on the vehicle selected. The deposit is placed as a hold on the renter’s credit card at the time of pickup and is released within 7 to 14 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, subject to inspection. The deposit may be used to cover damages, excessive mileage charges, late return fees, traffic violations, tolls, cleaning fees, or any other charges incurred during the rental period.
Vehicle Use and Restrictions
All BluStreet vehicles must be operated responsibly and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws of the State of Florida. The following restrictions apply:
- Only the authorized renter listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. No additional or unauthorized drivers are permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by BluStreet.
- Vehicles may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rideshare services, deliveries, or hire without prior written approval.
- Vehicles may not be taken outside the State of Florida without prior written consent from BluStreet.
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. A refueling fee will be charged for vehicles returned with less fuel.
Insurance Requirements
BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals does NOT provide insurance coverage of any kind. All renters MUST carry their own full-coverage auto insurance policy that extends to rental vehicles. You must provide proof of insurance coverage before taking possession of the vehicle. Your insurance policy must cover liability, collision, and comprehensive damage for the full value of the rented vehicle. In the event of an accident or damage, your personal insurance policy will be the primary coverage. BluStreet is not responsible for any deductibles, coverage gaps, or claims denials under your policy.
Damage and Liability
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes but is not limited to body damage, interior damage, mechanical damage caused by misuse, tire and wheel damage, and windshield damage. All damage will be assessed upon vehicle return, and repair costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card on file. The renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs at a certified dealership or authorized repair facility. In the event of a total loss, the renter is responsible for the full market value of the vehicle.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental rate. No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full rental payment. BluStreet reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Mileage Policy
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 150 miles per day. Excess mileage beyond the daily allowance will be charged at the per-mile rate specified in your rental agreement. Mileage is calculated based on the vehicle’s odometer reading at pickup and return. Weekly and monthly rentals may include different mileage allowances as specified in the rental agreement.
Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned at the date and time specified in the rental agreement. Late returns are subject to additional charges. Returns more than 1 hour past the scheduled return time will be charged for an additional full day at the daily rental rate. Repeated late returns may result in the renter being prohibited from future rentals with BluStreet.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited during any BluStreet rental and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional charges:
- Racing, speed contests, or participating in any form of motorsport event
- Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any tobacco/cannabis products) inside the vehicle. A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
- Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
- Transporting hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband
- Allowing pets or animals in the vehicle without prior written approval
- Modifying, tampering with, or altering the vehicle in any way
- Using the vehicle for towing or pushing other vehicles
- Operating the vehicle on unpaved roads, off-road terrain, or beaches
- Removing or disabling any GPS tracking or telematics devices installed in the vehicle
- Sub-renting or transferring the vehicle to any third party
Traffic Violations and Tolls
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, and any associated fines or fees incurred during the rental period. BluStreet will charge the renter’s credit card on file for any violations or tolls received, plus a $50 administrative fee per violation. Unpaid tolls incurred through Florida’s SunPass or Toll-by-Plate system will be charged accordingly.
Delivery and Pickup
Most customers pick up and return vehicles at our Miami location. Delivery and pickup services are available as an add-on for an additional fee, subject to availability and location. Delivery is available throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including MIA and FLL airports. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be quoted at the time of booking.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your rental and use of the vehicle, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your rental, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid by you for the applicable rental period.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your rental shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By renting a vehicle from BluStreet Miami, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Modifications to Terms
BluStreet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
