How BluStreet Booking Works in Miami

Renting an exotic car in Miami should feel like the start of the trip, not a paperwork marathon. We rebuilt the entire BluStreet reservation flow around four fast steps — everything handled online, every cost disclosed before you commit, and a concierge team on the line seven days a week if you’d rather talk it through.

Below is exactly how the process runs from first click to keys in hand, what we’ll ask you to send over, and what the final number looks like. Prefer to book by phone? Call 305-702-7553 — most Miami reservations are confirmed in under five minutes.

Requirements & Documents

Before we hand over the keys we verify a handful of items — the same standard every exotic rental in South Florida follows, and what the insurance you bring requires. All of it is uploaded online during checkout and reviewed within minutes.

Driver’s License: A valid, government-issued license. Minimum age is 18. Visitors from outside the U.S. need an International Driving Permit together with their home-country license.

Your Own Insurance: BluStreet does not sell or provide insurance. You must carry full-coverage (comprehensive and collision) auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles valued at $200,000 or more. Call your carrier before booking to confirm they’ll cover exotic and luxury vehicles in Florida — one short phone call prevents a delivery-day surprise.

Credit Card: A major credit card in the primary driver’s name is required for the refundable security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted on certain vehicle classes with extra verification — call 305-702-7553 and we’ll tell you exactly what your chosen car requires.

Rental Agreement: Signed before pickup. We review it with you at delivery and answer anything that isn’t clear.

Security Deposit — Straight Talk

A refundable security deposit is placed on hold on your credit card at delivery. The precise amount depends on the vehicle class and generally falls between $2,000 and $10,000. It’s a hold, not a charge — no interest, no processing fees. Once the car comes back in the same condition, with no damage and no violations, the hold is released within 5 to 7 business days. After we send the release, how quickly it disappears from your statement is up to your bank.

Delivery, Pickup & Where You Can Drive

Complimentary white-glove delivery is included to any address inside our primary Miami service zone: South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, the Design District, Aventura, and Fort Lauderdale. Hotels, condos, offices, airports (Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, and Opa-locka Executive), and private venues are all welcome.

Addresses outside the primary zone can still be served for a flat-rate delivery fee shown at checkout. Vehicles must stay within South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties — unless you request and receive written approval in advance. Track days, off-road driving, and reckless driving are prohibited and will end the rental on the spot.

Cancellation & Changes

Plans change — we get it. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Within 24–48 hours, a 50% fee of one day’s rate applies. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the full rental amount. Holiday and peak-season bookings — Art Basel week, spring break, race weekends — may carry stricter terms, and those are always shown clearly at checkout. Swapping dates or vehicles can usually be done at no cost; call 305-702-7553 as soon as you know.
